What is the ordering process, what is involved?
- The first step is to design a of probes and measurement device/logger that suit your needs. So send all information you have.
- We discuss the options with you and come with a final suggestion and a price estimate
- You agree to this suggestion
- We send a formal quote if you decide to order. This quote is the legal binding offer.
- You send us a purchase order, which proves you have the budget and includes shipping address, reference numbers and invoicing details.
- We send you a downpayment invoice (standard: 25% up front)
- You pay as soon as possible. We only process orders, and order probes, after receipt of this downpayment.
- We inform you of the lead time. The later you pay the downpayment, the longer this period lasts (WARNING: weeks up to months!)
- We ship and send you the invoice for the remaining payment
- You pay the remainder within the set time.
